TCM Stock Car Shootout
Meehan Scores First TCM Stock Car Shootout Win at Kartbahn

Adam Meehan used a late race pass in the second A Main on Wednesday night to secure his first overall TCM Stock Car Shootout win.
The second event of the year used the “two A Main” format for the second time in series history. The format sees two A Main events with the best average finish coming out on top for the trophy. Ties would be broken by best single finish followed by qualifying time for the night, if necessary.
Meehan raced to the win in the first A Main on the night after making the winning move on Craig MacDonald in the second half. Nicholas Naugle came home third in the first A Main.
In the second A Main of the evening, Kyle Gammon got out to an early lead after passing MacDonald for the top spot. The two had gapped the eventual battle for third, which resulted in Meehan getting by Naugle in the waning laps to take third and ultimately the spot that would secure a tie with MacDonald for the overall event win. With Meehan’s win in the first race, it gave him the tiebreaker and the event victory.
Greg Proulx won the B Main in a duel for Dale Holman for the final A Main qualifying spot.
The TCM Stock Car Shootout finale for the season takes place on Tuesday, April 2nd.
