Initial Release

(Antigonish, NS – September 10, 2022) It was pretty smooth sailing in the final laps of the East Coast International 150 for Greg Proude as he picked up his third win of the season tonight at Riverside International Speedway.  Cole Butcher (Hantsport, NS) gave Proude a run for his money throughout the race but had to settle for second. Mike Rodgers (Moncton, NB) had another great showing and took the final spot on the podium. Hometown hero Donald Chisholm (Antigonish, NS) came home fourth followed by Jarrett Butcher (Porters Lake, NS) in fifth.

Chris Reid (Fort McMurray, AB), Proude (Springvale, PE) and Russell Smith Jr (Lakeside, NS) won their Atlantic Tiltload heat races which set the field for the East Coast International 150. Jarrett Butcher won the Kenny U Pull Hard Charger Award. Waylon Farrell (Conception Bay South, NL) was the Fleet Brake Atlantic Lucky Dog.  Proude won the R&D Performance Centre Most Laps Led award.

The Maritime Allstar Sportsman Series completed their inaugural season at Riverside on Saturday.  Deven Smith (Halifax, NS) took home the win in the 75-lap event, and in doing so clinched the 2022 Maritime Allstar Series Championship.
