(October 12th, 2017 – DARTMOUTH, NS) – After five races at five unique oval race tracks throughout Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, the inaugural MJS Holdings Limited East Coast Mini Stock Tour will come down to one final 50-lap feature. The Sticker Fool 50 at the CENTRE For Speed in Grand-Barachois, New Brunswick on Saturday, October 14th will serve as the season finale for the Four Cylinder Honda stock car tour with a Summer long champion being crowned at the end of the day. The Sticker Fool 50 is a part of the first day of Atlantic MONSTER Nationals at the track. Show time is 2pm on Saturday.

Tim Webster (Beaver Bank, NS) enters the final race of 2017 with a 14 point lead over Matthew Warren (White’s Lake, NS) and a 20 point advantage on Dave Matthews (Kennetcook, NS). Webster and Matthews both failed to score bonus points in the TJ Greenlawn Dirt Clash at Valley Raceway, while Warren was able to take a pair of points with his fifth place finish in the only dirt oval race on the schedule.

The trio has amassed over a dozen Mini Stock track championships collectively, including 2017 track championships for Matthews (Scotia Speedworld) and Webster (Petty International Raceway). All three are missing one thing though – a touring title. Each will look to add the prestigious inaugural MJS Holdings Limited East Coast Mini Stock Tour championship to their already impressive resumes on Saturday.

Drew MacEachern (Dartmouth, NS) moved up to fourth in the championship standings following a second place finish to Jesse Deveau (Greenwood, NS) at the TJ Greenlawn Dirt Clash. MacEachern has a comfortable 22 point advantage on Honda freshman Neil Miousse (Kentville, NS), who will once again fill in for Bob Landry (Havre Boucher, NS) in the No. 55 car.

Miousse cannot rest one bit though if he wants to put Landry’s entry in the top five for the year in the standings as Orwell Cove, Prince Edward Island’s Cody Byrne enters a single point out of fifth heading into the Sticker Fool 50. Mark Williams (Elmsdale, NS) trails Miousse by eight points and will have the same goal as Byrne to crack the top five in the final standings by the end of Saturday afternoon.

Deveau will be looking for his second straight win on the series Saturday at the CENTRE For Speed. Chris Hatcher (Beaver Bank, NS) returns Saturday and will be a threat to win the Sticker Fool 50. Matt Watson (Summerside, PE) finished third to Matthews in the CENTRE For Speed Atlantic Championships on September 30th and will look to take what he learned to victory lane on Saturday. Harley Cornish will also make the trek from Prince Edward Island to compete in the Sticker Fool 50.

The fans of Valley Raceway were on their feet Sunday when Jerome Tracey (Port Hawkesbury, NS) finished third in the TJ Greenlawn Dirt Clash. Tracey, the youngest at heart in the field at 76 years of age, will look to race his way into the top ten in the series standings after 50-laps on the 3/8-mile CENTRE For Speed on Saturday.

Tickets for the Sticker Fool 50, a part of the Atlantic MONSTER Nationals, are $30 for Adults and $18 for Children at the gate on show day. Pit Party tickets are $5 each. Advance tickets are available at Ayer Convenience on Killam Drive in Moncton, until supplies last. Advance Tickets are $27.50 for Adults, $17.50 for Children and include a Pit Party pass. All ticket prices are tax included. Front gates open at 11:00am, the Monster Truck pit party begins at 11:45am with the show beginning at 2pm.
