King Freight Supports Fleet of Future Winners on Pro Stock Tour

(Halifax, NS – May 20, 2016) – The Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour has teamed up with King Freight Lines to create the King Freight Future Winner Award. King Freight Lines has been a marketing partner with the Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour for many years, most recently sponsoring the now defunct King Freight Lines Dash for Cash.

The King Freight Future Winner Award will be presented to the highest finishing driver in each Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour main feature that has never won a series race (2001 to present). The highest finishing driver without a win will take away a $300 cash award. Once a driver scores their first career feature victory, he or she becomes ineligible to win the award in future events.

At the beginning of the 2016 season, the following registered series drivers are eligible for the King Freight Future Winner Award.

The first King Freight Future Winner Award will be presented this Saturday at the season opening event for the Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour, the Lucas Oil 100 at Scotia Speedworld. Racing action begins at 4pm on Saturday with Atlantic Tiltload Qualifying. Tickets are available at the gate on race day (cash only).
