SNOWED OUT – Oyster Bed Speedway’s Season Opener Postponed
Mother Nature has claimed her first race date after a long winter on Prince Edward Island.
Snow and ice still on the grounds of Oyster Bed Speedway has postponed the season opening Full Card, Outlaw 25 and Demolition event at the speedway. A make-up date has not been announced yet as the management of the speedway must depend on weather as the timetable for the track and facilities to dry up.
The track has three rain dates set up early in the season, though a date has not been chosen for the lost card.
Currently, the next scheduled event for Oyster Bed Speedway is on Sunday, May 31st at 2pm, and will feature a Full Card and a Mini Stock 25.
