NAPA CMax Sportsman Division Hoping for #PettyFanChoice Holiday Gifts

The NAPA CMax Paint and Body Shop Supplies Sportsman division drivers are all hoping Santa’s Sleigh has a #PettyFanChoice Award or two in tow this week.

Alright, the award winners aren’t announced until January 17th at the Awards Banquet, but voting over the upcoming holiday week could seal an award or two for your favorite driver!

Voting is now open for the NAPA CMax Paint and Body Shop Supplies Sportsman division in the Most Popular Driver and Best Looking Car categories for the #PettyFanChoice Awards. Six point races comprised the 2014 schedule for the division, with eleven drivers taking part in 50% (three or more) of those races. In total, 35 drivers took part in at least one race on the season and three different winners took checkered flags on the season, including two-time and current division champion Russell Smith Jr., Luc Bourgeois and Mike Stevens Memorial winner Devin Snell.

Last season in the #PettyFanChoice Awards, it was Dave O’Blenis taking home the Most Popular Driver Award in the class, but in 2014, his daughter and NAPA Rookie of the Year Alexandra O’Blenis will be sure to give him some tough competition. Phil Barkhouse Jr took home the Best Looking Car in the class in 2013.

Voting for the Sportsman division runs until December 29th, when the Pro Stock class will take centre stage over the final week of voting!
