Steve Seveck

It is with heavy hearts we learn of the passing of Steve Seveck.

Steve was a gentleman on and off the track at Speedway 660, where he raced his #44s Sportsman car. Steve was kind, always pausing to chat in the pit area and courageous through his health battles in the previous two seasons. He loved his family, and would be one of, if not the, first person to the window of Tyler or Brody’s car when they appeared on the podium. I got to share in that love when I sat with them during the 2012 Speedway 660 Banquet. It was my first, but Steve and his family made me feel like I was a part of their family during the dinner service as we chatted and shared stories throughout.

Everything he did, he did with a smile on his face, one that never left his face when he was at the track.

Our thoughts, prayers and condolences to the Seveck family, his friends and his racing family at Speedway 660.
