RACE DAY FORMAT – Riverview Ford Lincoln Season Opener – S660 – May 18th

Ladies and Gentlemen, start your engines!

Speedway 660 is set to officially get the 2014 Atlantic Canadian racing season kicked off Sunday afternoon in the Geary woods. After having to cancel their May 11th date, the grounds are dry and the action is set to be hot this Sunday, May 18th.

The season will open for all five Weekly Racing divisions at Speedway 660, including the RE/MAX Group Four Realty Pro Stocks, Martin’s Home Heating Sportsman, DMR Auto Sales and Service Street Stocks, Fredericton Gun Shop Sharp Shooters and Westwood Estates Bandoleros.

FORMAT – SPEEDWAY 660 – Riverview Ford Lincoln Season Opener

9:30am – Pit Gates Open

10am – Practice
*Note -Practice begins for those cars who have been through tech successfully, have completed their registration forms and have their class sponsor window decals on.

Rotation: Bandolero (5 minutes), Four Cylinders (5 Minutes), Street Stocks (5 minute Rookie, 10 Minute Open), Sportsman (5 Minute Rookie, 10 Minute Open), Pro Stock (5 Minute Rookie, 15 Minute Open).

The rookie practices will be taken out of the loop once all rookies have been out for two, 5 minute rookie practices or have decide the join the open practice.

12:15pm – Track Closes

1:20pm – Bandolero and Four Cylinder Heats (8 Laps Each)

Track Closes

2pm – Opening Ceremonies and Anthems

2:05pm – Street Stock Heats (10 Laps)
Sportsman Heats (10 Laps)
Pro Stock Heats (10 Laps)
Street Stock DASH (10 Laps)
Sportsman DASH (10 laps)
Pro Stock DASH (10 Laps)
Bandolero Feature (15 Laps)
Four Cylinder Feature (15 Laps)

Intermission
