Maritime League of Legends Tour Road Course Challenge – Race Day Format
“The Roller Coaster” awaits for the Maritime League of Legends Tour – and so does the earliest race day for any oval based racing series in Atlantic Canada.
The Road Course Challenge, a part of the Jack Canfield Memorial Three Hour Enduro weekend on Sunday, October 13th, will see an one hour practice, followed by a ten lap heat race and feature to cap off the 2013 season for the Legends. Justin MacNeill has a firm lead on the point standings, but has yet to win himself a feature race at Atlantic Motorsports Park. Shawn Turple, Dylan Blenkhorn and Cole Butcher have won the first three editions of the race and each will look to become the first two time winner of the event Sunday.
A field rich in talent, combined with the last race of the season in Nova Scotia for any stock car division makes this a must attend event. According to the A.R.M.S. forum (sanctioning body at AMP), admission is $10 a car load, so load the car up and come out to the Shubenacadie circuit on Sunday.
