Scotia Speedworld Drops 2026 Racing Schedule

(HALIFAX, NS – March XX, 2026) – Scotia Speedworld is excited to announce the 2026 racing schedule! As we celebrate our 39th year of operation, we have some exciting surprises in store for both fans and drivers. Get ready for another unforgettable season of high-speed action!

The Bay Equipment Weekly Racing Series returns on Saturday, May 16^th with all five house divisions in action including the Sportsman, Mini Stocks, Legends, Bandoleros and Beginner Bandoleros. Joining the first racing event of the season will be the Pro Stocks, who will run three 75-lap races throughout the season on May 16th, July 3^rd and September 4^th.

The popular Enduro division will return for four races in 2026 with scheduled appearances on June 12^th, August 14^th, September 18^th and the Halifax 300 on Saturday, October 10^th. The Halifax 300 moves back to Thanksgiving Weekend in 2026 due to the calendar shift and will include extended distance, non point races for all five house classes to cap off the year!

Each graduated Bay Equipment Rentals Weekly Racing Series division will see three extended distance races a part of their point schedule and their respective roads to their 2026 track championships. They are as follows;

• The Sportsman class will take to the track for the 31^st Shriners Classic on Friday, June 12^th before the Sportsman 100 as a part of Summer Clash Weekend on Friday, August 7^th and a Sportsman 75 on Friday, August 28^th.
• The popular and ever growing Mini Stock class will compete in 50-lap features on Friday, June 19^th and Friday, July 31^st before the Labour Day Classic, the Thunder on the Hill 75, on Friday, September 4^th.
• The Legend and Bandolero class extended distance features go hand in hand, with each running extra laps on Friday, May 22^nd, Friday, July 3^rd and Friday, September 11^th.

The Fort Garry Industries Pro Stock Tour will visit Scotia Speedworld four times in 2026, including their season opener on Saturday, May 23^rd, a 150-lap feature on Saturday, June 20^th, the Summer Clash 250 on Saturday, August 8^th and their 200-lap season finale on Saturday, September 26^th. Support classes for these events include Scotia Speedworld Mini Stocks (May 23^rd), MASS Sportsman (May 23^rd and June 20^th), the PiccottCare Maritime League of Legends Tour (August 8^th and September 26^th), the Heart of a Champion Hot Rod Classics powered by Kimco (August 8^th), Street Stocks (June 20^th) and the TCM Bandolero Road Trip (September 26^th).

The World Series of Monster Trucks will return to Scotia Speedworld from July 24^th to 26^th. More information on this weekend will be released by the promotor when available.

With an exciting schedule packed with high-intensity racing, Scotia Speedworld is set for an unforgettable 39th season. Mark your calendars and don’t miss a lap of the action!
