CROSS ROADS RETURNS WITH MARITIME LEAGUE OF LEGENDS TOUR

(BEDFORD, NS – March 15th, 2023) – The Maritime League of Legends Tour is excited to announce a continued partnership with Cross Roads Cycle Sales in Pugwash, Nova Scotia. The marketing partnership will see Cross Roads as the title sponsor of the popular Maritime racing Series for a second consecutive season. The Tour will visit all three Maritime Provinces between five different race tracks from May to September.

In a close three way battle for the 2022 Cross Roads Maritime League of Legends Tour championship, Owen Mahar of Hubley, Nova Scotia was able to edge out Danny Chisholm (Canning, NS) and Cross Roads Rookie Gage Gilby (Enfield, NS) in a thrilling season finale at Scotia Speedworld. The Tour will return to Scotia Speedworld to kick off the 2023 season on Saturday, May 20th at 4pm. In addition to the track located just outside of Halifax, the INEX-sanctioned touring series will visit Riverside International Speedway (James River, NS), Petty International Raceway (River Glade, NB), Speedway 660 (Geary, NB) and Oyster Bed Speedway (Oyster Bed Bridge, PE) over the 10-race schedule. Teams are reminded that the Annual General Meeting for the Cross Roads Maritime League of Legends Tour will be held at the HRM 4-Pad in Bedford, Nova Scotia on Sunday, March 26th beginning at 2pm. All teams and drivers that are interested in competing with the Series in 2023 are urged to attend.
