Sydney Speedway Announces Competitor Information for September 27th; October 9th to 11th Thanksgiving Thunder Weekend
Sydney Speedway officials have released competitor information on their upcoming two events – the Sunday in September taking place on Sunday, September 27th and the Second Annual Thanksgiving Thunder from October 9th to 11th.
General Notes:
- There is no need to pre-register for these two races though teams that would like to pay for their pit passes in advance and speed up the line on race day can do so beginning the Tuesday before the event by contacting Greg Dowe.
- The pit side will be limited to 250 crew members and fans. Final preparations are underway by Sydney Speedway staff to have the grandstands open to 250 fans. Fan passes will be available on a first come, first serve basis on race day.
- Audio and video will be carried by Tim’s Corner Motorsports of both events.

Practice 10am to 12:20pm
(each division will see two rounds of practice)

Sportsman: 35 or 50 Laps*
Street Stock: 35 or 50 Laps*
*Based on car count – Seven Cars or Under – 35 Laps | Eight or More – 50 Laps

Admission:
Grandstand – $15 per person; no weekend pass for grandstand
Pits – $30 per day or $50 for a weekend pass.
