#TCMBestof2016 – McCarthy Photographic Year in Review

Our second of three Year in Review features with Maritime photographers  continues with McCarthy Photographic.

Mike McCarthy is the official photographer of the Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour and Scotia Speedworld. In addition to his local racing portfolio, he added NASCAR photographer to his resume in 2016 after shooting the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series weekend at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway on their September stop to the “Magic Mile.”

We asked Mike to select his favorite shots from the 2016 season, which he has done for us and are below. Mike mentions that “as much as I love the racing action, my favorite pictures always seem to be of the people around the track, so the selection is fairly heavily weighted that way.”
