AMKA Luncheon, Awards and Auction Saturday at Shooters

The Atlantic Motorsport Karters Association (AMKA) will be holding their annual awards luncheon and benefit auction this Saturday, October 17th at Shooter’s in Enfield, Nova Scotia. The lunch and awards get under way at 2pm, with the auction at 3:15pm.

The schedule for the afternoon is as follows:

1:50pm- Welcome and Director’s message 

2:00pm- Lunch

2:30pm- Awards

– Volunteer of the year award

– Sportsmanship Award

– Most Improved Driver

– Rookie of the Year

– Gear Head

– Trophy Races (Nickerson, Harnish, Cameron)

– Season Championship (Novice, Junior, Senior)

– Sansom Cup

3:15pm- Auction

Proceeds from the auction to go to Barry Nickerson and his Family to help with their trip to Toronto for his daughter Hayley’s bone marrow transplant.
