Jason Leffler – 1975 to 2013
Though there are no ties that we know of to this region, the death of NASCAR Nationwide Series and former Cup Series driver Jason Leffler has touched all in the racing community. Leffler, 37, passed away last night following a wreck in his dirt sprint car at Bridgeport Speedway in New Jersey.
He is survived by his five year old son, Charlie. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Leffler family.
